Three ISR-affiliated students have been selected as ECE Distinguished Dissertation Fellows. These $5,000 fellowships are awarded to outstanding students in the final stages of their dissertation work in recognition of the students' research excellence.

The three students are Shan He, advised by ISR-affiliated Associate Professor Min Wu (ECE/UMIACS); Peng Qiu and Ahmed Sadek, both advised by Professor K.J. Ray Liu (ECE/ISR).
