ISR is pleased to welcome Robert Mandelbaum as a member of its Strategic Advisory Council (SAC). Dr. Mandelbaum is director of Lockheed Martin's Advanced Technology Laboratories. Lockheed Martin has been a long-time (since the mid-1980s) strategic partner of ISR, and Dr. Mandelbaum's joining the SAC enhances our partnership further.

The SAC is comprised of 14 scientifically and technically diverse, seasoned professionals, principally from industry. It is a key component in the Institute for Systems Research, and provides evaluation and guidance for its research directions, educational programs, and management, with the goal of delivering strategic benefits to ISR and to its external partners.
