ISR welcomes Mr. Tomohiro Iguchi, a researcher from Toshiba Corporation in Japan, who joins the ISR-Toshiba Visiting Scientists Program to work with Assistant Professor Reza Ghodssi (ECE/ISR) and Professor Gottlieb Oehrlein (MSE) on microelectronics process technology for advanced small optical modules using 3D silicon interposers and IC stacking technology.
