Bioengineering Ph.D. candidate Thomas Winkler has won the Best Graduate Student Poster Award at the 2015 Mid-Atlantic Micro/Nano Alliance (MAMNA) Symposium, held April 6 at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. His poster was titled ?Microsystem for Particle Counting and Sizing with Tunable Sensitivity and Throughput.?

Winkler is a Fulbright Foreign Fellow and a Clark School Future Faculty Fellow. He is associated with ISR Director Reza Ghodssi?s (ECE/ISR) MEMS Sensors and Actuators Laboratory (MSAL).

This is the second year in a row the MSAL team has won the award. Congratulations Thomas!
