Prof. Anthony Ephremides

 

Professor Anthony Ephremides (ECE/ISR) delivered a series of talks on wireless networks last week as a member of the IEEE Communications Society Distinguished Lecturers, and will deliver another on September 26 in Bethesda, Md.

Ephremides gave lectures on "Wireless Networks: Where is the Beef?" at four locations last week, including Nashua, N.H. on September 20, Portland and Orono, Me on September 21, and Fredericton, New Brunswick in Canada on September 22.

In addition to last week's talks, Ephremides will speak on September 26 at the Washington Chapter of the IEEE Communications Society annual meeting on "The Essence of a Theory for Wireless Networking." The event is being co-sponsored by the Women in Engineering Society.
