Associate Professor S.K. Gupta (ME/ISR) presented "Integrated Product and Process Development for Molded Multi-Material Structures" at the first international workshop between Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea, and the University of Maryland, Jan. 13, 2006 in Seoul. The workshop was organized by Professors Jae-Eung Oh and Kyung-Soo Yi of Hanyang University, and UMD Mechanical Engineering Chair Avram Bar-Cohen and Professor Bongtae Han. The collaboration has been in the works since early 2004.
