Professor Raymond Adomaitis (ChBE/ISR) has been selected as the U.S. representative to the International Advisory Board of the EuroCVD conferences.

This biennial conference series in the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) field began in Paris in 1977 and was most recently held as EuroCVD 19 in Varna, Bulgaria. EuroCVD is considered one of the preeminent international thin-film conference series, bringing together leading CVD researchers from academic and industrial laboratories.

Adomaitis will be involved in planning the next meeting, to be held in 2015.
