Dr. Gabriel Spoke at Enerday Conference in Germany

Dr. Steven A. Gabriel gave two talks at the Enerday Conference at the Technische Universität in Dresden, Germany on April 8, 2011.  His presentations were on results from a current project with DC Water involving modeling wastewater to energy and one on recent advances in solving two-level energy equilibrium problems.
