Professor Tony Ephremides (ECE/ISR) gave an invited lecture at the University of Pennsylvania on Feb. 22, 2011 on "Cooperation at the Network Level." Dr. Ephremides covered a new concept of cooperative communications which yields significant performance improvements in wireless networks and for which a patent application has been filed.

The talk was part of the colloquia series in the Department of Electrical and Systems Engineering.
