Dr. Steven A. Gabriel gave an invited talk on December 3, 2010 at the Instituto de Investigación Technologíca (IIT), Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Madrid, Spain. The title of his talk was "Discretely-Constrained MPECs for Electricity Markets" and concerned modeling results for the European power grid.
