Associate Professor Reza Ghodssi (ECE/ISR) and several of his graduate students and associates won a best poster award at the spring 2005 workshop of the Washington, D.C. regional MEMS Alliance group. The poster was titled, "Indium Phosphide Based Optical Waveguide MEMS for Communications and Sensing," and the authors were Marcel W. Pruessner, Kuldeep Amarnath, Madhumita Datta, S. Kanakaraju, and Dr. Ghodssi.
