ISR-affiliated Professor Mark Shayman has received a $50,000 tech transfer award from Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO). The award will enable Shayman to commercialize software he developed that can detect and eliminate "denial of service" (DoS) attacks on Internet sites.
