ISR welcomes Assistant Professor Ankur Srivastava (ECE/ISR) to our faculty. Dr. Srivastava's research interests are in VLSI design automation techniques, algorithms for low power and high performance integrated systems, VLSI fabrication variability and manufacturability, and low power sensing strategies for real time tracking applications.

Srivastava also holds an appointment in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and works in VLSI Design Automation and Embedded Systems. He received the B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 1998, and the M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northwestern University in 2000 and Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of California Los Angeles in 2002. He also recieved the Outstanding Dissertation Award from the Computer Science Department of UCLA in 2002.

Srivastava is a member of IEEE and ACM and also serves as reviewer for several journals including IEEE transactions on CAD and IEEE Transactions on VLSI. He is on the technical program committee for ICCAD, ICCD and GLSVLSI.
