The Washington Academy of Sciences (WAS) has chosen ISR Director Bill Regli (CS/ISR) as its 2018 Excellence in Research in Computer Science Award winner. The award also confers on Regli the rank of Fellow in the WAS. The citation reads, “For original research contributions and technical leadership in the transformative applications of computing and information sciences to engineering and manufacturing.”

The award and fellow certificate will be presented at the Academy’s annual banquet on May 11.
