ISR alum Naomi Leonard, now a professor at Princeton University, is the Principal Investigator for a Department of Defense MURI for "Optimal Asset Distribution for Environmental Assessment and Forecasting Based on Observations, Adaptive Sampling, and Numerical Predictions." Dr. Leonard's Ph.D. advisor was Professor P.S. Krishnaprasad ( href="http://www.ece.umd.edu/">ECE/ISR).
